You don't have to hurry. The ticket is valid for 6 months but you may visit each museum only once.
The ticket costs 22 €. Addmission to all 7 museums would cost you 55 € if you bought them individually. That translates into 33 € savings.

Buy it at the first museum
You can purchase your Articket at the first museum you visit. Once you have it, simply present it to the cashier at each museum you wish to visit. The cashier will issue a free entrance ticket.
