Things you need to know:
- Gellert Square is situated at the foot of Gellert Hill on the Danube bank on Buda side
- The square is dominated by Hotel Gellert, an elegant historic spa hotel
- The spa complex was built in 1918 in Art Nouveau style
- It has a marvelous indoor pool with Roman style marble columns and majolica tiles
What to do there:
- Admire the elegant historic building of Hotel Gellért and the fountain in front of it
- You can enjoy great views over the Danube, the Pest side, Szabadság Bridge and the Statue of Liberty on top of Gellért Hill
